Tamil Nadu's Smart Blackboard Scheme
The Tamil Nadu government is going to implement the Smart Blackboard scheme in over 80,000 government schools. The objective of the scheme is to use audio-visual learning material, which can be integrated with the digital classrooms. This will create materials that can be used in the computer screen using the pen drive.It is important that the Tamil Nadu government reduced the syllabus of 2020-21 by 40 percent.
Prior to this, several programs of digital education are being conducted in various states. Like - in Kerala the KITE VICTERS TV channel, SMILE in Rajasthan, Education at your doorstep in Chhattisgarh etc.
